Residence in Luxembourg is mandatory. Cross-border commuters are not eligible.

Professionals are not allowed to contract a private lease in the name of their company. Specific offers are available for professional use here.

All you need to do is make an appointment at an authorized garage for the brand of your vehicle.
When making an appointment, you inform the garage that it is an Arval vehicle and it contacts us to obtain the intervention agreement.
The invoice will be issued directly by Arval.

Yes, you can. The end date of the contract remains flexible. It can be changed during the course of the contract according to your needs. The duration and the mileage of the contract have an influence on the price of the rent, which will be adapted accordingly. The contract settlement fees are also affected when the contract is modified.

At the end of the contract, various possibilities are available to you:

• Renewal of your vehicle
• Repurchase of your vehicle, the price will then be fixed according to the market price in force.
• Return of the vehicle

When the vehicle is returned, a kilometer count is made according to the amounts stipulated in the contract. Arval will assess the condition of the returned vehicle, distinguishing between normal wear and tear and any damage. Arval may charge you justified costs following the abnormal use of the vehicle resulting in a loss of value at resale.
